Charter Renewal for 2009-2010

February 23rd, 2009

It is Charter Renewal time again, which means that each boy will need to renew his membership with the Boy Scouts of America to continue with Platteville Pack 89. Our Pack bundles all of the dues together into one package and also applies monies that we have earned over the past year (from popcorn sale and our annual brat sale in the summer) to help offset the expenses.

This year the dues are: $20 for non-Webelos scouts and $25 for Webelos I and Webelos II scouts.

The Pack Committee thought it might be helpful to show you what the actual costs are so you understand what a bargain this is! What follows is a list of expenses that the recharter fees cover as well as the additional fees that the Pack covers.  As you look through the costs I hope you realize how much of a bargain you are getting.
